What is your Refund Policy?
At Leven Rose, we’re passionate about creating products that make you feel confident in your skin and hair. But we also understand that sometimes, a product just might not be the right fit - and that’s okay!
We proudly stand behind our 90-day satisfaction guarantee. If something doesn’t work for you, simply let us know within 90 days of your purchase, and we’ll issue a full refund - no stress, no hassle.
We want you to feel good about every step of your Leven Rose journey, and that includes making things simple and stress-free if a product doesn’t work out.
Exchanges & Replacements
After 90 days, and up to one year from the date of purchase, we'll replace or exchange it for a similarly-priced product, provided the item is still within its expiration date.
Getting started with a refund, exchange, or replacement is easy! Just send us a quick note through our Contact Us page or email Support@LevenRose.com with your order details. Our friendly team will take it from there!

Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
- If a prepaid return label was provided by us, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Received a Gift but Something’s Not Quite Right?
If your item was purchased from LevenRose.com and sent directly to you as a gift, we’re happy to help! As long as we can confirm it was purchased from us, we’ll gladly send you a replacement of similar value. To get started, just provide the name and shipping address the order was sent to so we can verify the purchase.
If the gift wasn’t shipped directly to you, for example, if the giver had it sent to themselves first, we’ll need a bit more information to assist you. Please share the name and shipping address of the gift giver, along with the original order number if available.
