At Leven Rose, we’re passionate about creating products that make you feel confident in your skin and hair. But we also understand that sometimes, a product just might not be the right fit - and that’s okay!

We proudly stand behind our products. If your purchase isn’t the perfect fit, just let us know within 90 days of your purchase.

Refunds

  • You can request a full refund within 90 days of your order if you’re not completely satisfied.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If a prepaid return label was provided, its cost will be deducted from your refund.

If you need to return an item, please contact us first through our Contact Us page to begin the process. Once approved, you may send your return to:

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
    If a prepaid return label was provided by us, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we, unfortunately, can’t guarantee that we’ll receive returned items.
  • After you’ve shipped your return, please reply to your return email with the tracking number so we can keep an eye on it and process your refund as quickly as possible.
  • Once your return has been received and verified by our warehouse, we will issue your refund within 1–2 business days.

Received a Gift?

If your item was purchased from LevenRose.com and sent directly to you as a gift, we’re happy to help! Once we confirm the purchase, we can send a replacement of similar value. To get started, please contact us at Support@LevenRose.com with the name and shipping address used for the order.

If the gift was sent to the giver first, we’ll need the gift giver’s name, shipping address, and the original order number (if available) to assist you.

Important Information:

We’re only able to offer refunds for purchases made directly from LevenRose.com or where Leven Rose is listed as the official seller, such as on Amazon, Walmart, Amazon.ca, or our TikTok Shop. Please note that each retailer has its own return and refund process, which must be followed first, but we’re happy to assist you in navigating their steps.

We cannot guarantee the authenticity or freshness of products purchased from unauthorized sellers.

Missing Your Refund?

If you haven’t received your refund within your financial institution’s typical processing time (usually 3–5 business days for some banks, or up to 7–10 business days for others) here are some steps you can take:

  • Double-check your financial institution statement.
  • Contact your financial institution for processing information.
