Shipping & Order Information
Order Processing
We do our best to ship all orders quickly. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing (business days exclude weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
At Leven Rose, we begin preparing and shipping your order within just a few hours of receiving it. Because of this fast turnaround, we usually cannot make changes once an order is placed.
Address Issues Before Shipping
If you notice your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t been packed or scanned yet, there’s a small chance we can update it in time. While we can’t guarantee changes after an order is submitted, we’re always happy to try!
Address Issues After Shipping
If your order has already shipped to the wrong address, please contact the carrier directly:
- U.S. Postal Service (USPS): Use Package Intercept to reroute or hold your package before delivery.
- UPS: Delivery Intercept and Change a Delivery to redirect your shipment.
Important: Leven Rose is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned packages due to incorrect shipping information. Double-check your address before placing your order.
Standard Shipping
- Enjoy complimentary standard shipping within the U.S. when your order total is $50 or more.
- Shipping costs for orders under $50 are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
- Most orders are delivered within 5–7 business days. Please note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details and a direct link to the carrier’s site. You can also track your order by logging into your Leven Rose account under Order History.
Depending on the shipping carrier, you have a couple of other options too:

- Visit usps.com and enter your tracking number.
- Sign up for "Text & Email Updates" on the tracking page.

Try USPS Informed Delivery: With Informed Delivery, you can track packages, view estimated delivery dates, and even see a preview of your incoming mail. It’s free, easy to set up, and super helpful!

- Head to ups.com and enter your tracking number.
- Sign up for "Text & Email Updates" on the tracking page.

Sign up for UPS My Choice (it’s free!) to easily manage your deliveries and stay updated on all your incoming and outgoing shipments with added visibility and control.
International Shipping
Currently, Leven Rose does not ship internationally.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but is missing or stolen, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to investigate.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Orders that are refused or deemed undeliverable will be returned to our warehouse. Contact our Customer Service team to discuss next steps and reshipment options.
Package Marked “Delivered” But Can’t Find It?
Don’t worry - sometimes packages are closer than they seem! Here are a few things you can try to help track it down:
- Double-Check the Shipping Address: Make sure the address on your order confirmation is correct. If the address was entered incorrectly at checkout, the carrier might be able to help reroute it (see contact info below).
- If You Live in an Apartment or Gated Community: Check with your apartment manager, front desk, or leasing office — sometimes packages are held for safe keeping. If your complex uses parcel lockers, there may be a key left in your mailbox.
- Ask around your household and neighbors: Maybe someone else received it for you!
- Look around the delivery location: Sometimes packages are tucked around corners or near entrances.
- Delivery Notice: Check for attempted delivery notices or contact the carrier to see if your package is running late or was accidentally marked "delivered" but is still in transit.
