Standard Shipping

  • Enjoy complimentary standard shipping within the U.S. when your order total is $45 or more.
  • Shipping costs for orders under $45 are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
  • Most orders are delivered within 5–7 business days. Please note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order — especially if you’ve recently moved. Leven Rose is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information entered at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email notification with tracking details and a direct link to the carrier’s site. You can also track your shipment by logging into your Leven Rose account and viewing your Order History.

Depending on your carrier, you have a couple of other options too:

  • USPS: Visit usps.com and enter your tracking number.
    • Sign up for "Text & Email Updates" on the tracking page.

    • Try USPS Informed Delivery: With Informed Delivery, you can track packages, view estimated delivery dates, and even see a preview of your incoming mail. It’s free, easy to set up, and super helpful!

  • UPS: Head to ups.com and enter your tracking number.
    • Sign up for "Text & Email Updates" on the tracking page.

    • Sign up for UPS My Choice (it’s free!) to easily manage your deliveries and stay updated on all your incoming and outgoing shipments with added visibility and control.

International Shipping

At this time, Leven Rose does not ship internationally. 

Lost/Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but is missing, or you believe it may have been stolen, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will begin an investigation with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and photos.

Refused/Undeliverable Packages

If an order is refused or deemed undeliverable, it will be returned to our warehouse. Please contact our Customer Service team to discuss next steps and reshipment options. 

Package Marked “Delivered” but Can’t Find It?

Don’t worry - sometimes packages are closer than they seem! Here are a few things you can try to help track it down:

  • Double-Check the Shipping Address: Make sure the address on your order confirmation is correct. If the address was entered incorrectly at checkout, the carrier might be able to help reroute it (see contact info below).
  • If You Live in an Apartment or Gated Community: Check with your apartment manager, front desk, or leasing office — sometimes packages are held for safe keeping. If your complex uses parcel lockers, there may be a key left in your mailbox.
  • Ask around your household and neighbors: Maybe someone else received it for you!
  • Look around the delivery location: Sometimes packages are tucked around corners or near entrances.
  • Delivery Notice: Check for attempted delivery notices or contact the carrier to see if your package is running late or was accidentally marked "delivered" but is still in transit.
  • Contact the Carrier: They might have more details about the delivery.

Still Can’t Find Your Package?
If you’ve tried the steps above and your order is still missing, please reach out to us within 7 days of the marked “Delivered” date. We’re happy to help!

Refunds

We proudly stand behind our products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, we’re happy to offer a full refund within 90 days of your order date.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you received a prepaid return label, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
