the pump I got does not fit the bottle, it was way too long so i had to cut it but it doesnt fit that bottle neck....so its hard to use the product.

This shampoo is great. Wonderful product and my hair and scalp feel so free and clean. Ordered a whole new wash bundle because I didn’t want to run out! Love this product 💕
This has helped my scalp! It cleanses very well, and it lasts a very long time! I have thick, curly hair and am trying to find better products because the previous brands leave so much buildup. I got this with the kit that comes with the oils, nourishing conditioner, and Rosemary rice water spray. I just wish that there was a curly hair cream or product for even more moisture. I have 3C curls, and these products have helped me keep a healthy scalp. No more buildup or dry scalp. But without some kind of curl cream, it does get frizzy, and my curls are not coiling as much as they used to. Please make a curly kit of your products; they are amazing!

the product came with the wrong pump so I have to pour the shampoo in my hand. It is also stripping my hair color and turning my hair to straw. My scalp is annoyed too.
It really worked on my scalp issues, but it did leave my hair dry after a week. I’m only going to use it as needed since it works so well for scalp problems. Nothing else worked!
Ok. So I bought the system. The pump for the shampoo was too large. They are supposed to be sending me the right size. It is a lot to have so many bottles. I do love the rosemary oil and put it on the night before I was my hair. Love the smell. The buildup is definitely better after 3 washes. What I didn’t expect was for my grey hair by my ears that used to be so course and stand out to suddenly be softer and lay normally! I really wanted to hate it, and I don’t. It is a lot of work though. It would be nice to have the conditioner in an easier container to use in the shower. And a pump on the shampoo would help a lot. Hopefully soon. So 5 stars! :) thanks! Doesn't suds up- you need a lot to get suds. I am not impressed.
Loved it. Unfortunately most of contents leaked when traveling with it and the dispenser top never worked. So expensive investment in something that I didn't get a lot of use with because contents spilled in luggage. I'll have to wait quite awhile to buy again.

If I hadn’t seen & experienced the fantastic results from the Black Castor Shampoo I wouldn’t have believed it. My scalp was dry, irritated, itchy and frustrating. I noticed a markable difference after the very first shampoo. I am sold and will continue to use this and talk it up!
