Very thick but when combined with lighter oils it feels so good on my skin.

I’ve used the Leven Rose Emu Oil for maybe three years now. It is the best emollient I’ve ever used to combat my dry skin, especially in winter. I’m outdoors as much as I can be, and in winter my skin dries out terribly. Emu Oil really keeps the dryness under control. I now use it year round - as an animal fat it is easily absorbed into my skin cells and after a few minutes absorption is complete - no grease no shine!

I love Leven Rose Emu Oil. It’s rich and soothing. It’s very good for my winter dry skin. I’ve tried many oils and creams and nothing seems to work except emu oil during the harshness of winter when I happen to be outdoors much of the time. I’ve even been using it this spring and will continue during summer because my skin likes the initial oiliness that always seems to soak in and doesn’t leave a greasy film. It has very little smell but just in case, I put a few drops of frankincense oil into the bottle and shake it up well. Then I really love putting it on! (Leven Rose’s Emu Oil used to come with a heavenly rose scent. Alas no longer! And I haven’t ever found a rose oil as nice as that to put in my emu bottle.)

So far so good. Not really a scent, very similar to tallow, but lighter. It’s very gentle, soothing, and soaks in pretty quickly.
I really like this Oil. I have allergy issues using facial products containing Vitamin A and Vitamin C. I do not have any issue with the Emu Oil even though it contains both. I like the fact that the oil is lighter than some others. I have also noticed my skin is appears clearer since I began using it. This one is a definite re-order.

I bought this specifically for excema on my fingers. I have very dry itchy skin on several fingers. I was hoping it would help, but, alas like every other product I buy no luck. It seems like it would be a good moisturizer. But I have very reactive skin.

This works great for winter dry skin, especially my hands. Skin was cracking from being so cold and dry. In 2 days I have already seen a difference. I’m loving how this is working….great on face and lips too. Cold wind on face and lips causing dry red patches and this has helped so much. I’m just loving it.
